Job Summary
Assess patient functional status and occupational therapy needs, including home assessments and adaptive equipment, while consulting with physicians to develop therapy plans of care. Provide evidence-based services within state scope of practice, observing and reporting patient responses to treatment and condition changes to nurse supervisors. Conduct diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests to evaluate patient levels of function for CMS documentation. Requires current Occupational Therapy licensure, CPR certification, and a dependable vehicle. Annual target pay ranges from $75,998 to $113,997 with per visit point compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
- Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
- Must be able to pass a drug test before beginning employment
