Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Drive rewarding patient outcomes while abolishing ageism through FOX's pioneering Geriatric House CallsTM model. Work with a supportive clinical community and utilize cutting-edge technology to deliver care. Select between full-time, part-time, or PRN/Flex paid-per-unit schedules, with flexibility to create and alter your treatment schedule. New graduates may join the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
