Job Summary
Provides program participant evaluations, occupational therapy services, and may supervise Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants. Delivers evaluation and testing to develop effective treatment plans, administers innovative OT treatment, manages caseload, sets up home exercise programs, conducts home evaluations, maintains documentation, and participates in team meetings. Collaborates with physicians, staff, professionals/paraprofessionals, families, and community resources to ensure effectiveness of the occupational therapy program; participates in budget monitoring and adherence to standards; travels as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Licensed OT/L in state
- AOTA member in good standing
- One year human services experience
- One year experience in neuro-rehabilitation preferred
