Job Summary
Evaluate and test individuals served to develop effective treatment plans, then administer programs and communicate needs to staff. Provide re-evaluations, manage caseloads, and set up home exercise programs while maintaining documentation for therapy goals. Serve on the rehabilitation treatment team for meetings and conferences, collaborate with physicians and community resources, and attend annual training to update skills. Maintain the departmental budget, monitor equipment, and adhere to accreditation and licensure standards. Supervise assigned staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and hiring decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- one-year human services experience
- Must be licensed OT/L in state
- member in good standing with American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
- Current driver's license

Desired Qualifications
- One year experience in Neuro-rehabilitation preferred
