Job Summary
As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide quality service delivery through the evaluation and testing of program participants, developing effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Responsibilities include administering innovative treatment programs, conducting home evaluations, maintaining documentation, collaborating with various stakeholders, participating in team and departmental meetings, and assisting in program development. Key skills include strong attention to detail, exceptional communication, empathy, and a commitment to quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Must be licensed OT/L in state
- Member in good standing with AOTA
- One year of human services experience requested
- One year of experience in neuro-rehabilitation preferred
Additional Requirements
- May require heavy work; may exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently
