Job Summary
Evaluate and assess program participants in residential, rehabilitation, and community environments, then develop effective treatment plans in collaboration with the rehabilitation team. Provide individual and group therapy sessions, manage caseloads, and implement documented rehab protocols while guiding and supporting occupational therapy assistants. Serve on the rehabilitation treatment team for meetings and conferences, collaborate with physicians and community resources, and maintain daily documentation of participant progress toward established objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited OT program
- Licensed or license eligible through the IL Department of Financial and Professional Regulation
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
- Effective communication skills
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
- Commitment to the company's mission and values
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in neuro-rehabilitation preferred.
