Job Summary
Senior Occupational Therapist role in Nottingham delivering OT services to disabled citizens, including complex assessments, equipment recommendations, and housing adaptations. You will lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team (up to 8 staff), mentor colleagues, provide expert input on safety-related cases, contribute to service development, and apply Care Act legislation across health and social care, safeguarding, and housing. HCPC-registered OT with extensive post-qualifying experience in adult social care is required; senior leadership and governance responsibilities are central to this role.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
- Extensive post-qualifying experience in adult social care
- Proven leadership and supervision experience
- Strong understanding of legislation and best practice in OT
- Relevant Occupational Therapy and associated certificates
