Job Summary
Evaluate patients' functional status, including mobility, strength, coordination, and ability to perform daily activities. Assess home environments for safety risks and develop individualized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals. Provide therapeutic interventions to restore function, fabricate splints, and train patients in adaptive device use. Educate families on care needs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate services and support discharge planning. Document care accurately within the EMR and supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants. Requires NBCOT registration, state licensure, and one year of clinical experience. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Auto insurance

- Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience
- Home health experience
