Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism and facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions for older adults in their communities. Deliver care through FOX's Geriatric House Calls program within a senior living community partner or surrounding locations in Pennsylvania. Engage in an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes while maintaining flexibility to create and alter your treatment schedule. Maintain a valid Occupational Therapy license, current CPR certification, and basic computer literacy skills. Join a clinician-operated private practice offering unlimited continuing education access, professional certification reimbursement, and mentorship for new graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
