Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) needed to provide one-on-one, in-home therapy across Scottsburg, Madison, and Charlestown. Plan and conduct individualized therapy programs to help patients develop, regain, or maintain daily living activities; teach rehab techniques and use of adaptive equipment; document and assess patient progress to guide treatment. Requires Bachelor's degree in related field and Master's in Occupational Therapy, active OT license in the state, CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid, reliable transportation, and about 1 year of home health or similar experience. Flexible scheduling options include Full-time, Part-time, and PRN; competitive pay with benefits and daily pay option.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current unrestricted OT license in state
- CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation
- 1 year OT experience in home health or similar setting
