Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy services to school students per IEPs; perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans; collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams; document progress in compliance with state/federal requirements; support fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and self-care skills; participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences; provide staff training to enhance curricular participation; ensure compliance with IDEA and NC DPI regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current North Carolina Occupational Therapist License issued by the NC Board of Occupational Therapy (NCBOT)
- National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) required
- Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required
