Occupational Therapist Salaried or Per Point Full Time 15K Sign On Bonus

Perform initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate mobility, coordination, strength, and current level of function. Administer, evaluate, and interpret tests to determine functional goals, then provide written evaluations and care plans defining needs, progress, and outcomes. Deliver occupational therapy services complying with physician orders while maintaining discharge plans and educating patients and caretakers on home exercise routines. Collaborate with the healthcare team, physicians, and nurses to coordinate services, document client performance, and modify goals or treatment as needed. Supervise other personnel including OTAs and HHAs where applicable, and complete OASIS assessments where permitted. Maintain effective communication with staff and families to ensure accurate documentation and prevent technical or clinical denials.
