Job Summary
Direct occupational therapy services to inpatients; guide and supervise treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and target patient concerns to support independence and recovery; build meaningful relationships with patients to understand physical, mental, and emotional needs and celebrate patient victories as they progress; collaborate with a supportive rehab team and utilize cutting-edge technology to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
