Job Summary
Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans to support physical and cognitive recovery. Guide patients through activities of daily living, functional tasks, and therapeutic exercises while adapting approaches based on progress. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to maintain accurate documentation and support discharge planning. Provide occupational therapy services across inpatient, swing bed, and outpatient settings. Work twenty-two hours per week during day shifts in a supportive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license
- Basic Life Support certification
Desired Qualifications
- One year of occupational therapy experience preferred
