Occupational Therapist - Roper Rehabilitation Hospital - PRN

Review physician referrals and patient histories to determine occupational therapy treatment needs. Perform and document patient evaluations, re-evaluations, and develop treatment and discharge plans per department protocols. Administer medically prescribed occupational therapy treatments, design special equipment for adaptation, and instruct patients and families on home procedures. Coordinate care with the treatment team, modify goals as progress is reviewed, and precept clinical interns or students. Deliver efficient care to neonates through geriatrics while maintaining productivity and exceeding department standards.
