Job Summary
Assess residents' Occupational Therapy needs and identify opportunities to maximise independence. Develop and implement person-centred therapy plans and interventions, while reviewing and evaluating care plans to ensure positive resident outcomes. Monitor progress, measure intervention effectiveness, and support residents with behaviours of concern by maintaining associated documentation. Collaborate with care teams to deliver high-quality, holistic resident care across North and South of the River Perth locations. Earn up to $85,000 + Super.
Required Qualifications
- Holding a relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within residential aged care
- Experience in behavioural support and dementia care
