Occupational Therapist

Conduct initial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide age-appropriate therapeutic interventions in a team environment. Evaluate patient response to treatment, document care progress, and educate patients and families on resources for functional independence. Participate in team business meetings, cross-training, and program quality management activities including data collection and survey preparation. Contribute to program development, productivity enhancement, and cost-effective care delivery while maintaining required licenses and certifications.
