Occupational Therapist

Deliver occupational therapy services to patients through direct provision, oversight, and coordination of care. Conduct patient screening and evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and manage discharge planning. Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and Rehab Technicians during individual and group sessions to ensure compliance with State Practice Acts, OBRA, and company policies. Foster positive relationships with clients and facilities while maintaining a valid state license and adhering to infection control protocols. Apply knowledge of billing models and treatment guidelines to achieve appropriate clinical goals and outcomes.
