Job Summary
Deliver occupational therapy services to patients through direct provision, oversight, and coordination of care. Conduct patient screening and evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage discharge planning while supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and rehab technicians during individual and group sessions. Uphold professional conduct, ensure compliance with state practice acts and OBRA, and maintain infection control protocols. Apply knowledge of billing models and treatment guidelines to achieve clinical goals and outcomes. Maintain a valid state license and advance clinical competencies through collaboration and continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program
- Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication and documentation
