Occupational Therapist

Deliver occupational therapy services to patients by conducting screenings, evaluations, and treatment planning while managing discharge cases. Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and rehab technicians during individual and group sessions to ensure compliance with State Practice Acts, OBRA, and company policies. Foster positive relationships with clients and facilities by maintaining professional conduct and adhering to infection control protocols. Advance clinical competencies through collaboration, self-directed learning, and continuing education while applying knowledge of billing models and treatment guidelines. Maintain a valid state license and demonstrate proficiency in English for effective communication and documentation.
