Occupational Therapist

Deliver occupational therapy services by conducting patient screenings, evaluations, and treatment plan development while managing discharge planning and case management. Provide clinical supervision and consultation to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and Rehab Technicians during individual and group sessions, ensuring compliance with State Practice Acts, OBRA, and company policies. Enhance patients' functional abilities through direct provision of care, apply knowledge of billing models and treatment guidelines, and adhere to infection control protocols. Maintain a valid state license and advance clinical competencies through self-directed learning and continuing education.
