Occupational Therapist

Deliver occupational therapy services to patients through direct provision, oversight, and coordination of care, including screening, evaluation, treatment plan development, discharge planning, and supervision of assistants and technicians. Provide clinical supervision and consultation to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants during individual and group sessions, ensuring compliance with State Practice Acts, OBRA, and company policies. Uphold professional conduct and infection control protocols while applying knowledge of billing models and treatment guidelines to achieve appropriate clinical outcomes. Maintain a valid state license and advance competencies through collaboration and continuing education. Full-time or PRN availability with flexible scheduling options.
