Occupational Therapist

Deliver occupational therapy services to patients by conducting screenings, evaluations, and treatment plan development while managing discharge planning and case management. Provide clinical supervision and consultation to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and Rehab Technicians during individual and group sessions, ensuring compliance with State Practice Acts, OBRA, and company policies. Foster positive relationships with clients and facilities to enhance patients' functional abilities through direct provision and coordination of care. Maintain a valid state license, adhere to infection control protocols, and apply knowledge of billing models and treatment guidelines to achieve appropriate clinical outcomes.
