Occupational Therapist

Deliver occupational therapy services by conducting patient screenings, evaluations, and treatment plan development while managing discharge planning and case management. Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and Rehab Technicians during individual and group sessions, ensuring compliance with State Practice Acts, OBRA, and company policies. Foster positive relationships with clients and facilities to enhance functional abilities through direct provision, oversight, and coordination of care. Maintain a valid state license, apply knowledge of billing models and treatment guidelines, and adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols.
