Job Summary
Deliver occupational therapy services to patients through screening, evaluation, treatment plan development, discharge planning, and case management. Provide clinical supervision and consultation to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and rehab technicians during individual and group sessions, ensuring compliance with State Practice Acts, OBRA, and company policies. Enhance patients' functional abilities while maintaining infection control protocols and adhering to professional conduct standards. Apply knowledge of billing models and treatment guidelines to achieve appropriate clinical goals and outcomes. Maintain a valid state license and advance competencies through collaboration and continuing education. Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program
- Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication and documentation
