Occupational Therapist

Deliver occupational therapy services to patients through direct provision, oversight, and coordination of care including screening, evaluation, treatment plan development, discharge planning, and case management. Provide clinical supervision and consultation to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and Rehab Technicians during individual and group sessions, ensuring compliance with State Practice Acts, OBRA, and company policies. Contribute to program growth and advance clinical competencies through collaboration and continuing education while maintaining a valid state license. Apply knowledge of billing models and treatment guidelines to achieve appropriate goals and outcomes while adhering to infection control and environmental safety protocols.
