Job Summary
Deliver occupational therapy services to patients through direct provision, oversight, and coordination of care. Conduct patient screening and evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and manage discharge planning. Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and rehab technicians during individual and group sessions while ensuring compliance with State Practice Acts, OBRA, and company policies. Foster positive relationships with clients and facilities, maintain a valid state license, and adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols. Apply knowledge of relevant billing models and treatment guidelines to achieve appropriate clinical goals and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program
- Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication and documentation
