Occupational Therapist

Deliver occupational therapy services to patients through screening, evaluation, treatment plan development, discharge planning, and case management. Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and Rehab Technicians during individual and group sessions while ensuring compliance with State Practice Acts, OBRA, and company policies. Enhance patients' functional abilities through direct provision and coordination of care, applying knowledge of billing models and treatment guidelines to achieve clinical goals. Maintain a valid state license, adhere to infection control protocols, and advance professional competencies through collaboration and continuing education.
