Occupational Therapist

Deliver occupational therapy services to patients by conducting screenings, evaluations, and treatment planning while managing discharge cases. Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and Rehab Technicians during individual and group sessions, ensuring compliance with State Practice Acts, OBRA, and company policies. Foster positive relationships with clients and facilities to enhance functional abilities through direct provision and coordination of care. Maintain a valid state license, apply knowledge of billing models and treatment guidelines, and adhere to infection control protocols. Collaborate on program growth and advance clinical competencies through self-directed learning and continuing education.
