Job Summary
Assess and treat patients, complete documentation, and plan, market, and develop new programs. Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and staff, present in-services to fellow therapists, and assist in the general operation of the department. Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants in accordance with state regulations as necessary. This full-time role is based in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Watkins, Minnesota, offering a beautiful setting with a great team of community-based therapists. The position supports our mission to deliver high-quality rehab services with compassion while providing mentorship, collaborative teamwork, and opportunities to grow as individuals and a team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors (B.A., B.S.) or Master's degree (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy
- Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program
- Possess or be eligible for state licensure
