Job Summary
Occupational Therapist needed in a full-time SNF setting in Willmar, MN with potential for PRN/part-time. Responsibilities include assessing and treating patients, completing documentation, planning and developing new programs, communicating with patients and families and physicians, presenting in-services to staff, assisting in department operations, and supervising COTA as needed. Requires OT degree (OTD/MA/MS or BS/BA) and state licensure eligibility. Required Qualifications
