Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' functional needs and goals for adults recovering from physical and psychological conditions. Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation plans while providing evidence-based interventions to enhance daily living skills. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and case managers, and monitor client progress by adjusting plans as necessary. Educate clients and their families on strategies to support recovery and independence. Maintain current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia and hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
