Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients in an inpatient setting, including supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans. Build meaningful patient relationships, target and resolve patient concerns, and celebrate patient progress as part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality, compassionate care. This role requires current state licensure or certification, CPR certification, and a preference for a Master’s Degree (or a Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience) to support professional growth and excellent patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure or certification as Occupational Therapist
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
