Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in private residences, senior living communities, and via telehealth to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life. Document sessions effectively within FOX's EMR system while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, SLPs, and fitness specialists. Manage your own treatment schedule and provide moderate to maximum assistance with patient transfers and bed mobility as part of the Geriatric House Calls model. Full-time salaried positions offer medical, dental, and vision insurance with professional certification reimbursement, while part-time and PRN roles provide pro-rated compensation and access to advanced virtual care tools.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of in-home and community-based care, including: Providing moderate to maximum assistance with patient transfers and bed mobility
- Must be able to drive to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls model
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with telehealth and other forms of virtual care
