Job Summary
Provides occupational therapy services for the treatment of physical and psychological dysfunctions. Provides direct patient care using sensorimotor, functional, educational, recreational, and social activities designed to help patients regain physical or mental functioning. Appropriately supervises occupational therapy assistants, support personnel and students. Willingly participates in related activities in support of patient care, education and department operations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program
- Current Indiana state OT license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the AHA
