Job Summary
Conduct direct rehab care in occupational therapy to patients upon physician referral, implementing and interpreting department programs, goals, and objectives. Liaise with patients, families, and support departments while overseeing and evaluating care provided by OTAs, rehab aides, and students. Perform competency areas including patient safety, sanitation, and confidentiality within a collaborative interdisciplinary team environment. Utilize therapy software accurately and participate in community health projects as appropriate. Full-time or PRN status with flexible scheduling; new graduates welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in occupational therapy (BSOT or MSOT)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and e mail
- Read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Desired Qualifications
- Participates in community health matters/projects as appropriate
