Occupational Therapist - Rehab- Occupational Therapy

Provide direct rehab care to patients upon physician referral in accordance with Life Care standards and applicable laws. Implement and interpret department programs, goals, and policies while overseeing and evaluating care given by OTAs, Rehab Aides, and students. Liaise with patients, families, and support departments to facilitate functional progress within an interdisciplinary team approach. Maintain confidentiality, adhere to the Code of Conduct, and utilize therapy software accurately. This role supports both long-term care and sub-acute rehabilitation at our Skilled Nursing Facilities, welcoming new graduates to join our patient-centered environment.
