Job Summary
The Occupational Therapist provides direct rehab care in occupational therapy to patients upon physician referral in accordance with Life Care standards and applicable laws. Responsibilities include implementing and interpreting department goals, supervising OTAs, Rehab Aides, and students, utilizing therapy software, ensuring patient rights, safety, and confidentiality, and delivering excellent customer service. Requires graduation from an accredited OT program (BSOT or MSOT); new grads welcome. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email, with knowledge of post-acute care regulations and Life Care policies. English language proficiency required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in occupational therapy (BSOT or MSOT)

- understand and follow company policies including harassment and compliance procedures
