Job Summary
Occupational Therapist – Rehab provides direct rehab care in occupational therapy to patients upon physician referral within Life Care Centers of America facilities, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve functional progress in post-acute care settings. New grads are welcome. Responsibilities include implementing and interpreting department programs, supervising OTAs, Rehab Aides, and students, ensuring patient rights, safety, and confidentiality, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Proficiency in therapy software and strong communication with patients and families are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in occupational therapy (BSOT or MSOT)
- Read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
