Occupational Therapist - Rehab- Occupational Therapy

Administer diagnostic and prognostic tests to evaluate patient function, then confer with physicians to develop and revise treatment plans. Deliver therapeutic instruction to restore strength, coordination, and range-of-motion while teaching compensation measures and adaptive equipment use. Supervise OTAs and HHAs, document care observations and interventions, and report progress to the clinical team. Coordinate discharge planning, design community reintegration activities, and train family members on daily living skills. Requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and minimum six months of home health experience. Pay ranges from $54 to $76 per visit.
