Job Summary
Assess and evaluate residents' physical and cognitive abilities to develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans. Implement therapeutic techniques to improve mobility, strength, and daily living skills while monitoring and documenting progress. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care and adhere to all regulatory standards. Maintain patient confidentiality and update treatment plans as necessary. Requires a valid Registered Occupational Therapist license and experience in a clinical or long-term care setting. Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist Registered license
- Current Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
- Mandatory flexible schedule
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a long-term care setting
- Experience working in a clinical or long-term care setting
- CPR and First Aid certification
