Job Summary
Assess residents' physical and cognitive abilities to develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans. Implement therapeutic techniques to improve mobility, strength, and daily living skills while monitoring and documenting progress. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care and adhere to regulatory standards. Requires a valid Registered Occupational Therapist license and experience in long-term care settings. Part-time schedule with competitive hourly pay ranging from $40.00 to $55.00.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist Registered license
- Current Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
- Mandatory flexible schedule
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a long-term care setting
- Experience working in a clinical or long-term care setting
