Job Summary
Occupational Therapist position in Reading, PA with FOX Rehabilitation offering in-home, senior living, and telehealth/virtual care option. Responsibilities include one-on-one OT with older adults, evaluations, developing plans of care, delivering evidence-based treatment, documenting in FOX’s EMR, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, educating patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place, and providing telehealth when appropriate. Opportunities to treat across private residences and senior living communities, with a flexible schedule and autonomy to manage patient care. Prerequisites include an active OT license (or eligibility), relevant degree, EMR proficiency, and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- Current CPR certification
