Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health in Brentwood, Antioch, Pittsburg, Oakley, CA. Full-time role delivering in-home OT services, evaluating patients, developing and implementing plans of care, and tracking progress. Collaborates with Clinical Director and staff, provides education to patients and caregivers, maintains accurate records using a company device, and travels within a 15-25 mile radius. Requires current CA OT license and driver’s license; experience in Home Health or Hospice preferred. Company supports back-office clinical team and offers benefits and potential vehicle support for Full-Time positions.
Required Qualifications
- Current OT License to practice in California - Required
- Experience in Home Health or Hospice care - 1 Year Required
- Current CA Driver's License
- Able to travel within a 15 - 25 mile radius on a regular basis.
