Occupational Therapist PT Days Inpatient Rehab

Occupational Therapist provides assessment, treatment planning and rehabilitation services for inpatients to restore or improve activities of daily living, functional mobility, cognitive tasks, strength, coordination and range of motion. Collaborates with physicians to establish and evaluate plans of care, tailors treatment activities, educates patients and families, and delivers discharge instructions and follow-up resources. Documents evaluations and plans in accordance with departmental guidelines, adheres to infection prevention and ethical standards, and communicates effectively with the care team. Requires professional licensure in occupational therapy and BLS, with strong communication, teamwork and patient-centered care in an inpatient rehab setting.
