Job Summary
Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans using sensorimotor, neuromuscular, and hand-therapy techniques to support maximum independence in activities of daily living. Collaborate with patients, families, and the rehabilitation team to set measurable goals, monitor progress, and adjust plans. Provide documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes; participate in discharge planning and quality-improvement efforts. Requires eligibility for Occupational Therapist licensure, BLS/CPR, and at least 2+ years of clinical experience. Roles offer part-time or full-time hours within a StaffFlex contract (24, 36, or 40 hours per week) with day shift availability and potential weekend coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS) Certification
- 2+ years clinical experience
- OT licensure in good standing
