Occupational Therapist - Providence Seward

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate occupational therapy services for inpatients, outpatients, home health clients, and long-term care residents. Collaborate with team members to deliver care in compliance with American Occupational Therapy Association guidelines and federal/state regulatory requirements. Provide mostly outpatient long-term care services (approximately 80% of time) and swing bed acute care (approximately 20% of time) at Providence Seward Medical Center. Requires Alaska Occupational Therapist license, Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. in Occupational Therapy, and National Provider BLS certification. Full-time, 40-hour day shift available.
