Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy services to inpatients, outpatients, Home Health clients, and long-term care residents, with about 80% outpatient long-term care and 20% swing-bed acute care. 40 hours per week (Day shift), full-time (1.0 FTE). Includes a $5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires and relocation assistance for eligible hires. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating OT services within AOTA guidelines, collaborating with the care team to support patient-centered care, and adhering to regulatory requirements. Requires OT degree (Bachelors/Masters/PhD) and Alaska OT license; BLS for Healthcare Providers. Preferred: 2 years of subspecialty experience.
