Job Summary
Manage and provide skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age-related needs. Perform patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or equivalent educ/experience
- Coursework/Training: Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need, or equivalent educ/experience
- Oregon Occupational Therapist License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
