Occupational Therapist - Providence Anchorage

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate occupational therapy services within guidelines established by the American Occupational Therapy Association. Perform daily therapy under the order of a physician licensed in the State of Alaska. This role offers multiple openings with full-time, 0.9 FTE, or 1.0 FTE day shift schedules. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Occupational Therapy and possess an Alaska Occupational Therapist License upon hire. A National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required. Eligible external hires may receive a $5,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance.
